Submit visit note from Schedule instead of Visits when client sees more than one therapist within the same establishment

Currently, I am unable to submit visit notes for my care plan from the Schedule with a client that also sees another therapist within my company. It would be nice to have the option to choose which care plan is being entered instead of the other therapist's care plan always auto populating.
