Multiple Patient Responsibility Lines

We use OfficeAlly for our clearinghouse. When the file comes into ClinicSource and auto-applied in the system, it cannot read more than one patient responsibility line. When a patient has the remainder of a deductible and part co-insurance or copay as their responsibility, ClinicSource only reads one of the lines and applies the other line as an adjustment.
