Texting capability to and from patients so that simple communication can populate in a single thread for treating therapists and receptionist. This way a therapist doesn't have to share contact information with patient or the patient doesn't have to call the office to indicate that they are running late, request a document, remind about paperwork, etc.
our patients prefer texts over emails or phone calls. It is the best way to communicate and bringing it under CS is a gret way to streamline patient, therapist, front office/scheduler. Great thought.
