Hi! I am another user of ClinicSource, and I have used their platform enough to know how to edit this. Whoever has admin access on your account, try going to Setup- Templates. You should have two tabs: Template forms, and template components. Under Template components, select your discharge summary template, then you should be able to add whatever line you would like and press save; your discharge summary will be automatically updated. Be careful, though- the templates can be a little finicky.
