Select multiple Insurances in Reports

When running reports it would be helpful to select multiple insurances and therapists at the same time instead of either choosing individuals or "all." For example, on the "Treatment Charges" Report. I want to select multiple Payees (ex Medicare, Anthem, and United, but not Medicaid or RMHMO) for 1 report rather have to run individual reports for each insurance or have to select all of them. Same with Practioners. I want to select multiple, but not all.
