Insert photos in-line of the evaluation report

Our office has a certified orofacial myologist, and one of the evaluations we do are to assess oral function such as tongue ties. Part of our documentation includes photos of the mouth and face, but we cannot insert these pictures under that section of the evaluation report, so we end up typing these reports into a Word document and uploading into CS
