I would like there to be something that will flag therapists when notes are not signed; that can not go away until they are signed. It would also be nice to to flag the patient's chart when they are due for a re-evaluation so the therapist can not overlook the due date. Please and Thank you!
We would likewise love a way to sort by signed/unsigned at a minimum but preferably a way to stop forward movement unless the schedule is cleared and notes are signed (could be daily or weekly dependent upon the practice).
Maybe a notification section would help for these types of notifications that need attention.
And we can't even sort by signed/unsigned under "visits" tab at the top. I have to generate reports, download a spreadsheet, and sort for each therapist!
This would be very helpful, as right now some therapist who are not as organized, even if given a paper with due dates and not signed notes, are missing these. A way for it to be flagged would be great.
