It would be nice to have an app through the app store for therapists on the go. We could use our phones during the session. Currently i complete session on paper then complete notes online. If i could use an app when on the go, the note would upload immediately to the session note online.
PLEASEEE WE NEED AN APP. It’s actually a bit ridiculous that we don’t have one!
It's 2024! Time to get with the times. There is an app for everything! Why wouldn't we have the ability to simplify doc in this way? PLEASE!!!
Lack of a documentation app for therapists on the road is one of the major downsides of using CS. If an app for documentation of notes and parent signatures could be created for users who provide home care, it would be a major selling point for use of the CS system and help your current customers significantly.
A user friendly app that allows us to document throughout the day on our mobile devices would be extremely beneficial. This would be a huge selling point and make CS more helpful from the paperwork side.
I very much agree. As a home based clinic it is very hard to collect signatures when out in the filed with clients. Everything is so small it's very hard to write SOAP notes while on the go, see client info, the formatting when login in with the phone makes it hard to see anything. An app friendly software will make it much easier to collect signatures, see client information on the go. For this reason I will be looking at other softwares that can meet the needs of my clinic.
