More customization of goals panel

I'd like to have more control over the appearance and layout of goals and objectives, including the ability to include/exclude/customize prompting/assistance levels, have multiple data collection points per objective (e.g., if mastery criteria is 80% in 3/4 sessions, I want to document the % achieved in each session and keep track of how many days 80%+ was met). I'd like for data collection for benchmarks within a single objective to be documented as well.
