Enhanced Reminder Rules

When I set up two reminder rules (one 24 hours before the appointment and another one 12 hours before the appointment), the system will send both reminders even if the patient confirmed the first reminder.

In other words, why the system is sending the second reminder if the patient confirmed the appointment already.

I am aware that other EMRs will send a second or a third reminder to all those patients who did not confirm their appointment. Please help here.
