CSInsights-add short description and calculations factors

What information do the each of the widgets contain? For example, what information does “PRN User Allowed Visits Burn Rate” demonstrate to us regarding the therapies? Unlike that one, some widgets are self-explanatory, but a short description of each widget’s usefulness and calculation factors would be extremely helpful.

(RE: calculation factors, for example, with the widget “Top Therapists by Appointment Volume” does this data include the appts that are changed to CANCELLED/NO SHOW/NA (not authorized)/NB (not billable)/NS (not signed)/INC (incomplete)?

Does it factor in re-scheduling?)
