When dispatching documents through the Patient Portal, we would like the ability to mark specific fields as required. This will prevent patients from signing/submitting incomplete documents.
I would love to email a link whereby a new patient can complete intake forms and they are populated into Clincisource forms. Preventing office staff from having to input information. Just as you do at a Dr's office. The office will be notified when the forms are complete and insurance can be verified.
