Dynamic way of tracking goals and data

"Yes, so live response recording is the ability to add plus and minus tally marks and or collect data within a trial and then it calculates your percentage for you. Applications like CARRIT, Data tracker pro, or tally tracker are applications clinician use to response record live and then they would input the number of trials or percentage correct after the session. Or some clinicians do it on pen and paper. Being able to do this would not only help with Speech Therapy, but also ABA therapy. Currently we have to use a third party client to do these things because clinicsource does not allow for tracking data, collecting data, or graphing data to the degree needed for ABA therapy and honestly Speech Therapists would benefit from this as well. I have been working with some third party companies and recently and they have mentioned some other leading EMR systems opening the doors for collaboration with import and export features with there apps and/or total integration so it would be nice to see Clinicsource add these features.
