Show Supervisor Signature column in payroll tab

We only pay SLP-Assistants if their notes are also signed by their supervisor. It's impossible to do so without having to open another tab with ClinicSource loaded to verify if all three checkboxes have been checked off.

We only pay our therapists when they have a Prior Authorization for the session. So, when it's time to run payroll it would be nice if, despite them billing for a unit, that we can assign $0 to that unit without having to go in separately, remove ...
