There is currently no way to generate a report to identify most common claim denials. This would be beneficial to determine most common denials and allow clinics to determine what in house processes need to happen to reduce these denials

Reports - Have the ability to select our own criteria for a report
On the reporting screen, provide the option to create our own custom reports by selecting our own criteria (reportable fields listed) and saving these reports to reuse.

Ability to find Active patients without scheduled appointments
I would be great to run a report to find the active patients that do not have a current appointment on our books. I would give the front office staff to help with compliance to frequency.
The audit log as-is is almost useless. I can see what staff member made a change and when, but not what the specific change was (i.e. was it a change in the notes section, or just changing the appointment type?)
When running reports it would be helpful to select multiple insurances and therapists at the same time instead of either choosing individuals or "all." For example, on the "Treatment Charges" Report. I want to select multiple Payees (ex Medicare, ...
