I would like to be able to see the patient ID number in all the patient info pop ups (ex. on the scheduled appt on the calendar, when you hover over the appt, looking in the documents tab, in the pt info on dashboard).
Need to allow clinic to change provider's names on scheduler
In our practice we happen to have multiple providers with the same initials. So on the schedule we had to assign the therapist's a color for their appointments.

Ability to see multiple therapists (6 plus) appointments at one time for the whole week on scheduler.
We are a growing therapy clinic and are unable to see more than 2-3 therapists' appointments at one time. That makes it very difficult to schedule especially if they see multiple disciplines.
Currently if an appointment is scheduled and a resource is selected, the resource is not displayed when hovering over the appointment record. The appointment on the calendar page should label a resource on the appt either by an R or the actual res...
change the color an appt turns on the schedule to any color other than green once a caregiver signature is received? The green makes it appear notes are done and makes schedule organization difficult. I have heard this from quite a few therapists.
I would like to suggest that the admins can add to the schedule, not just the therapists for things such as clinic closures or other uses. There are times I would like to add that the clinic is closed so the therapists see it on their end as well.
