I think there should be a cancel all appointment button on a specific day. This would allow for you to click that button and clinicsource would cancel all appointments for that given day. It would save alot of time for the days that the office is ...

We have custom attendance statuses for our clinic to be able to determine appointments cancelled by a patient (and whether they gave notice in advance or last minute) vs. an appointment cancelled by us due to a sick provider, holiday closure, etc....

We need the ability to add multiple clinicians to one appointment - like a staff meeting or supervision. Having to add one meeting on 12+ clinicians calendar is really inconvenient and time consuming.

Have a feature that would prevent visits from being scheduled or visit notes from being generated if authorizations required or billing issue are is identified.

We usually need to go into a visit/previous visit, or go into the Patients tab and scroll to the insurance information and open it to see when the auth ends or how many visits are remaining. Would be nice to have this just show up when you hover o...
Therapists often move and new therapists come to take over the schedule. It would be helpful to transfer the schedule instead of adding the clients one by one.
