It would be a lot easier sometimes if we could look up patients info by DOB or Phone Number. That way if parents call you can just put in the phone number and have it up already before answering the phone and all you have to do is confirm DOB. 95%...

Future consideration
Being able to merge duplicate charts for patients. For example, if they have two last names and they are spelled with a slight difference that i.e., space or dash that people may not catch, or the system might not catch.

Feature Already Exists
It would be nice to be able to edit the "service location line" without having to delete the whole line.
I think it would be nice to be able to update the service location line. Typos happen and it's so annoying to have to refill it than just edit part of the address.
