remove pre-populated date

Remove the prepopulated date/time that pops up when entering visit note details so that date/times of visit do not accidentally get entered under wrong date/time.

Caregiver signature color on schedule

change the color an appt turns on the schedule to any color other than green once a caregiver signature is received? The green makes it appear notes are done and makes schedule organization difficult. I have heard this from quite a few therapists.

Ability to delete files from 14 years ago by a select all button

Deleting files manually is very time consuming. Having the ability to delete old patient files by a select all button will free up time from staff and free up storage.

Allow to Search by Full Name

At this time, when searching patients, you can only search by first or last name (or a partial of either), and if you start typing "FirstName LastName", the results will disappear. Especially for bigger families, it would save time on finding the ...

Admin Clinic Schedule

I would like to suggest that the admins can add to the schedule, not just the therapists for things such as clinic closures or other uses. There are times I would like to add that the clinic is closed so the therapists see it on their end as well.

It would be nice to be able to edit the "service location line" without having to delete the whole line.

I think it would be nice to be able to update the service location line. Typos happen and it's so annoying to have to refill it than just edit part of the address.
