Select or change eval/care plan/episode for visits/documentation

I want to always associate visits and documentation to the correct certification period/PoC. If a visit is documented accidentally under the wrong PoC I want to be able to change it

Show Supervisor Signature column in payroll tab

We only pay SLP-Assistants if their notes are also signed by their supervisor. It's impossible to do so without having to open another tab with ClinicSource loaded to verify if all three checkboxes have been checked off.

Statement of Prognosis added to discharge summary

We are required to include a statement of prognosis in our discharge summaries. It would be very helpful if this was added to the template.

Ability to see multiple therapists (6 plus) appointments at one time for the whole week on scheduler.

We are a growing therapy clinic and are unable to see more than 2-3 therapists' appointments at one time. That makes it very difficult to schedule especially if they see multiple disciplines.

Add multiple clients to appointments for groups

For group therapy sessions I'd like to be able to add all clients into a single appointment and be able to mark each of them present/canceled within the visit which could then generate visit notes or missed visits as needed
