Allow multiple logins to the patient portal for divorced parents to access their children's information.

I want to always associate visits and documentation to the correct certification period/PoC. If a visit is documented accidentally under the wrong PoC I want to be able to change it

Some patient's require specific folders while others do not.

We only pay SLP-Assistants if their notes are also signed by their supervisor. It's impossible to do so without having to open another tab with ClinicSource loaded to verify if all three checkboxes have been checked off.

Currently when a user want so populate salt notes from last visit, they have to do 1 at a time, subjective, objectice etc. There should be an option to populate with one click of a button

For group therapy sessions I'd like to be able to add all clients into a single appointment and be able to mark each of them present/canceled within the visit which could then generate visit notes or missed visits as needed
