Plan of care expiration and visits attaching to wrong care plan
Preventing the clinician from continue to see a client once the POC expires. I would be a great feature to give the ability to the clinician to see the plan of care date span the note is attached to from the visit entry screen?
Being able to merge duplicate charts for patients. For example, if they have two last names and they are spelled with a slight difference that i.e., space or dash that people may not catch, or the system might not catch.
Being able to add our logo to customizable templates, electronic signature areas and a link to send new patient paperwork to patients by email would be great

Feature Already Exists
Ability to find Active patients without scheduled appointments
I would be great to run a report to find the active patients that do not have a current appointment on our books. I would give the front office staff to help with compliance to frequency.
The audit log as-is is almost useless. I can see what staff member made a change and when, but not what the specific change was (i.e. was it a change in the notes section, or just changing the appointment type?)
